How can I find out where my order is?

Once your order had been placed, you will receive an email confirming the order number. When your package begins to move in transit, you will receive another email confirming the tracking information. It is important that you double check that your information is accurate at check out to avoid any discrepancy. 

 

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Yes, all orders will come with a tracking number once shipped. An email accompanied with a tracking number is sent out to inform you that your package has been shipped and is in transit.

 

My order says 'DELIVERED' but I have not received it...

Please contact your local post office with your tracking information. It is important that you double check your information is accurate at check out to avoid any discrepancies. We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. 

 

My order arrived damaged...

Upon processing the orders, we always conduct a quality check on our products and do not ship out any damaged products. If you are unsatisfied with your order please reach out to us at contact@lavlashshop.com within 48 hours after receiving the package. 

 

Can I cancel my order?

Due to our fast processing time, it is likely that your order is being worked on right after your order has been placed. We are unable to cancel orders once placed but please email us at contact@lavlashshop.com as soon as possible and we will gladly assist you.
